Dynamic locking of rope: protects climber from harsh static falls and reduces loading on the whole safety system. One-piece construction: no mechanical parts that could operate spontaneously through misuse or from dirt. This means minimal weight! Suitable for both left-handed and right-handed people. Multi-use-benefit: if necessary, it can also be used as a self-locking descender and as a rope grab.
