The youngest sportsperson of the SALEWA alpineXtrem team has grown tall. Since the beginning of the year, we are very proud of our youngest team member: Michi Wohlleben. He began climbing at the age of 8 in the Belzhag climbing hall as a member of the German Alpine Association climbing group. Since then, he has been pursuing his goal avidly. Michi wants to improve his skills and become a professional. As a member of the German Alpine Association‘s „Expedkader“ squad, he is en-route to a personal „summit“. We are delighted to offer support to Michi and guide him as best we can. As the front man at the 2010 Rock Show qualifications tour, Michi inspired numerous talented youngsters across the country to make the move from the climbing hall to the rock face.
