What to bring for ski touring:
We recommend backpack size 18l- 35l,
  • Skins and crampons
  • Avalanche transceiver, VS- device, avalanche shovel, avalanche probe
  • Change of underwear/ spare underwear
  • Hat, down gloves and spare gloves
  • Gaiters
  • First-aid kit
  • Rescue blanket and/or bivouac sack
  • Drinking flask (at least 1 litre/person), victuals and snacks
  • Tour guide/maps and compass
  • Protective clothing/snow gear/overtrousers
  • UV protection (head covering, sunglasses, suntan lotion, sun cream, lip balm with sun protection)
  • Ski goggles
  • Headlight torch
  • Altimeter
  • Recommended: A mobile phone for emergency calls

What to bring for Hiking:
We recommend rucksack size 25-35 litre volume,

  • Extra clothing
  • Hat and gloves
  • First-aid kit
  • Rescue blanket or bivouac bag
  • Drinking bottle (min.1 litre/person), tour provisions and snacks
  • Area guide/maps and compass
  • Weather protection/rainwear
  • Protection against UV rays (headgear, sunglasses, sun lotion)
  • Also recommended are additional trekking sticks, mobile phone for emergency calls and a compact head torch

What to bring for Via Ferrata:
We recommend rucksack size 30-40 litre volume,

  • Chest and sit harness
  • Via ferrata set
  • Band loop, HMS screw lock carabiner
  • Prusik knots
  • Climbing gloves
  • Climbing helmet
  • Extra clothing
  • Hat and gloves
  • First-aid kit
  • Rescue blanket or bivouac bag
  • Drinking bottle ( min. 1 litre/person), tour provisions and snacks
  • Area guide for the ascent/route guide for the climb/maps and compass
  • Weather protection/rainwear
  • Protection against UV rays ( headgear, glacier glasses, sun lotion)
