Twill Pattern Technologie (TPT): is a special sheath weave that reduces the profile in cross-section. For us climbers, that means the rope has increased abrasion resistance on sharp rock edges, and offers a significantly finer surface weave, which prevents dirt and dust from penetrating into the interior fibres.
